We are asking for Help in a simple matter. We have been working for a company for the last 3 years. During the last year of employment with this company, the owner offered to sell the business to us. He allowed us full management and expansion freedoms. As we worked on our business plan and worked long and hard to purchase. Profits in the business went up and as we came close to the closing of the business. He laid us off. Now we are stuck unemployed and no way to close on the business that we built back to its high profits. There is a blessing in every situation. We can purchase this business for our family, but we are short on down payment capital. If there is anyone out there that could help, or maybe knows of a place that helps with hard working families that are trying to get ahead. Any grants or financial funds. We have tried the SBA and was told NO. We have tried banks for loans. But due to the down market, no banks are lending money. If there are any people out there that could help out with a dollar, five dollars. Anything.. all donations would be greatly appreciated. To help us to better our childrens lives would be highly appreciated.
